"The fish, burger and chips I have had when visiting the local Happy Plaice van has been superb. The staff are friendly, the service is speedy and the name of the franchise itself is witty. I sometimes travel more than a hour just to have flavoursome fish and chips from the Happy Plaice truck. Admittedly, it is one of the things I really look forward to during the week. This really is a Happy Place! "
